Positive Singles and Christian Singles
2 CommentsHave you ever heard of positive singles? Simply put, positive singles are those folks who suffer from from sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) like HPV, Herpes or HIV and AIDS. Did you know that over 60 million people ( many of whom are Christian singles) suffer from the stigma associated with having an STD? Additionally a recent survey showed that one in four (25%) of Teenage girls are positive singles suffering with Herpes.
Positive Singles, Shame and Loneliness
Positive singles have many difficulties and barriers to overcome, especially if they are Christian singles. Many feel isolated, rejected, alone and depressed, but feel they have no where to turn. Unfortunately, although we know by statistics that our churches have an epidemic of positive singles, few are reaching out to this needy group. In our opinion they are the “lepers” of the 21st Century, and they need our help.
Please remember to pray for this group of people. If you are a single Christian and a positive single, we want you to know that you are not alone, and there are people who can help. Please email us if you need assistance in this area, and we will refer you to the nearest clinic and Christian group that ministers to positive singles. Please know that Jesus loves you and offers complete cleansing and forgiveness.

Single Christians and Praying for a Mate
1 CommentSeveral single Christians have written us wondering where they can locate a “single Christian‘s prayer” on praying for a Christian soulmate. I know that many single Christians are tired of waiting on God for that dating match, however, when heartbroken, angry or frustrated over remaining single and alone, these are the times single Christians need to seek the face of God the most.
Single Christians and God’s Promises
As a minister to single Christians I hear a lot of stories of how prayer helped guide individuals in their dating and spiritual lives. Our simple advice of the day to single Christians is this: Never, ever give up on the power of prayer to change your dating and spiritual life.
The Devil, the great enemy you do battle with, would rather have you give in to the temptation to get discouraged or give up sexual purity in exchange for some immediate gratification. Instead keep laying hold of of the promises of Jesus as you pour out your heart to Him in prayer. He’s waiting for you now. He is looking for singles full of faith. Do you believe this?

Meet Christian Singles the Right Way

As a Christian singles group leader, I have seen many attempt to meet Christian singles in the wrong way. However, As Christian singles we need to realize that we make things harder for ourselves when we don’t follow God’s way to meet Christian singles. It’s like when we’re on the road traveling and whoever is riding with us gives us the direction but, we don’t take that direction because we think we already know the way to go. By the time we realize we’re going the wrong way, it’s fifty miles in the wrong direction!
Meet Christian Singles God’s Way
When we meet other singles outside of God’s will (like dating an unbeliever) things are bound to go wrong. Our advice is top get back on the right road even if you have to turn around and start from where the right direction was given.
There are always consequences when we make the wrong decisions But when we follow the Lord’s way to meet Christian singles it CAN NOT go wrong. God said in “His” word that we are in the world but not of the world, but if we should fall, we can get up and move in the right direction with His full support.
