Today is my birthday.今天是我的生日。 Yippee! yippee ！ Actually, I can’t stand aging and growing older by yet another year, but it sure beats the alternative.其实，我不能袖手旁观，老化及老年人日益增长的，由又一年，但它肯定节拍的另一面。 I have spoken to a number of Christian singles (and there are many out there) who are also having, shall we say, a difficult time aging gracefully as well.我曾到一些基督教单打（甚至有很多外面有）的人也有，我们应说，困难的时候老化台阶等。 Why did I feel a tinge of comfort as they spoke of their own issues with aging?为什么我觉得色彩的安慰，因为他们谈到他们自己的问题与衰老？

In Ephesians 4:29-32, we’re instructed to “put off” old practices and to “put on” new practices.在以弗所4:29-32 ，我们是奉命来个"小康"的旧做法，并"穿上"新的做法。 We are particularly challenged in the following three areas.我们感到特别的挑战在以下三个方面。
